Booking & Cancellation Policies

Please note that pursuant to The Competition and Consumer Amendment (Payment Surcharges) Act 2016 the surcharge invoiced to us by AMEX and Diners Club will be passed onto consumers when making payment via these cards. We have decided that no surcharge will be payable by guests using Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard to settle their accounts.

ALL Reservations	• Credit card is taken for ALL reservations to guarantee reservation. • No penalties for more than 14 days cancellation prior to arrival.
	• If guest cancels within 14 days of arrival, 1 night of the reservation will be charged.
	• If a guest cancels within 48 hours (2 days) days of arrival, 100% of the reservation is charged.
No Show	• 100% of the reservation will be charged.
