Charlton Apartments is a four star rated, fully self-contained apartment resort offering some of the largest 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in Hervey Bay together with an enormous and unique 3 bedroom penthouse.

With prime position on The Esplanade Charlton Apartments is directly opposite Hervey Bay's most popular swimming beach and is in easy walking distance to a range of local shops, restaurants and other activities. Each apartment has its own private balcony with seating to enjoy the amazing ocean views.

Apartment Inclusions
The architectural planning in the construction of Charlton Apartments means that there are only 2 apartments within the entire resort complex that have no ocean view whatsoever and these apartments offer something the others can't - a fenced grassy play area for young children.
These apartments also allow guests direct access to the grounds via their patio. The large fully self-contained air conditioned 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom garden view apartments feature a private balcony/courtyard with outdoor seating.
The garden/partial ocean view apartments allow guests to take in a great view of the ocean from the kitchen, lounge/dining and the patio, with the bedrooms offering a view of the gardens. All Garden View apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, open-plan lounge and dining rooms with flat screen TV's in the lounge room and main bedroom.
In-room laundry facilities are within the main bathroom. The apartment is available with different bedding configurations - either 1 queen & 1 double or 1 queen & 2 single beds.
We are able to provide 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with direct ocean view. Each 1 bedroom / bathroom ocean view apartment is approximately 75m² and is fully self-contained with air conditioning and can be configured as either 1 queen bed with ensuite or 2 single beds with bathroom / laundry.

Each 1 bedroom / bathroom ocean view apartment is fully self-contained with air conditioning and can be configured as either 1 queen bed with ensuite; 1 double bed with bathroom / laundry facilities or 2 single beds with bathroom / laundry facilities.

The Charlton Penthouse is an enormous 135m² and is a fully self-contained penthouse with unique attributes. The apartment is air-conditioned and features a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan lounge and dining areas together with a second TV lounge area also.
With a large patio featuring outdoor dining and a sun lounge for relaxation, the partly covered area is versatile and provides magnificient ocean views as well as a bird's eye view of the pool and resort gardens - this apartment has it all! Both lounge room areas feature flat screen TV's with the main lounge also featuring a blue-ray player. The main bedroom also features a flat screen TV.
The apartment also features its own separate laundry, has an ensuite to the main bedroom and a second bedroom with a very large shower. The bedding configuration for the Penthouse is 2 queen beds and 2 single beds with extra guests able to utilise the double sofa bed located in the second lounge area. The entire unit is wheelchair accessible.
